1465 is a 1-point peak in the Oregon Central Coast region. The top of the summit is close to the road but due to geography and deep thorny overgrowth, remains nearly inaccessible. However, a spur road does pass through the edge of the activation zone (as confirmed by GPS altitude).
I cannot recommend this summit, however, as thorns, overgrowth and the remote location in the Lobster Valley make this summit not particularly worth the time of the activator (IMHO). Compounding that is non-existent cell phone reception and poor APRS (stations received but no spots went through). In addition, you will be operating from a thorny patch at the end of the road.
If you really wish to do this one, make your way to the bottom of Camp Creek Road in the Lobster Valley at (44.27935, -123.72136). Proceed uphill 2.3 miles on Camp Creek Road to (44.28951, -123.74247). This road is pave with 2 or 3 giant potholes. Take a right on FR 3507 and continue 0.8 miles to (44.29904, -123.74478). Park here. Take the left and walk down FR 3507 for 0.2 miles, taking the left at (44.29922, -123.74827) and walk until (44.29899, -123.75058). This is within the AZ just barely.
